eco lodge looks great - what kind of food are you eating? what doesthe main peruvian diet consist of (the locals - i mean - the real diet of these people) how do they cook their food in the mountains - especially winter. i went up mountains on madeira and they had a very nice drink called 'tampas' a thick molasses type of drink but it blew your head off - you weren't frightened about coming down - ha ha
